A surprising amount of product friction comes from asking users to do interpretation work that the system should have done first.
This is especially visible in technical platforms, internal tools and dashboards. The data may be technically correct, but if hierarchy, workflow and context are weak, the user still experiences uncertainty.
That is why I think operational clarity is a real product feature. It is not decoration. It is part of whether a system can be trusted under pressure.
